Gary Bloomfield is an active member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec (OIQ), a member of the Quebec Association of Building Inspectors (QABI), and a certified energy advisor for the Rénoclimat program of the Bureau de l efficacite et de l innovation energetiques du ministere des Ressources naturelles du Quebec.

Along with his academic background, Mr. Bloomfield has several years of experience in performing energy efficiency evaluations, property condition assessments in the Commercial, Multi-Residential and Residential sectors. He also teaches a residential construction course at John Abbott College. He is a thorough and detailed building inspector with a wide range of knowledge of building components, systems, general maintenance and safety concepts. His ability to explain difficult concepts in simple terms allow his customers to make sound and clear judgments when purchasing or selling a property.
