Kevin Lantaff is an active member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec (OIQ), a member of the Quebec Association of Building Inspectors (QABI), and a certified energy advisor for the Rénoclimat program of the Bureau de l efficacite et de l innovation energetiques du ministere des Ressources naturelles du Quebec.

Mr. Lantaffs academic background and several years of experience in performing energy efficiency evaluations and property condition assessments in the Commercial, Multi-Residential and Residential sectors have provided him with an extensive set of skills and wide range of knowledge of building components, systems, general maintenance and safety concepts.
